I reported directly to the CEO/President as the executive creative director, building branding and advertising creative for the company and its diverse clientele. I led the digital marketing strategy and execution, collaborating with the omnichannel team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. I built, launched and managed optimized brand website and oversaw digital marketing initiatives, including content marketing, brand management, client creative services, and paid advertising on platforms like Meta, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing for 5 clients running national campaigns.

I reported directly to the CEO as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Creative Director, managing client branding needs and creative services while offering consultative fractional CMO services for other clientele - developing demand-driven, data-supported marketing strategies for startup companies. I led the development and execution of data-driven and cost-efficient strategies to drive paid and organic user growth across various channels, including paid search, social media, search engine optimization, and programmatic advertising. I developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance client brand visibility, attract potential customers, and boost sales for thought leader in executive management consulting and a pioneer of Fractional Executive Leadership Management.

They provide digital platforms, tools and channels for solutions in identity management, digital banking, AML KYC Compliance, global real estate, fund management, digital marketplace, radio broadcast and media services.

I reported directly to the Founder as a full-time marketing executive, developing marketing strategy, distribution channels, content marketing and search/social media frameworks for 9 portfolio companies targeting five continents across 12 industries. I oversaw marketing strategy, leading the development and execution of data-driven and cost-efficient strategies to drive paid and organic user growth across various channels for 10+ businesses and brands in the Caribbean and Europe.

I reported directly to the SVP of Sales and Marketing, overseeing marketing strategy, planning and execution of all local marketing initiatives for the largest corporate housing provider in the United States. I managed a national marketing team and B2B and B2C lead generation strategy for global company with footprint covering 65+ nations worldwide and drove impact for sales and operations with innovative content, technology and creative solutions.

 

Executive Creative Director | Adtaxi Networks (owned by Digital First Media)

A $130MM flagship agency of Digital First Media, selling and managing highly-optimized, multi-platform digital marketing campaigns for media companies, agencies, and their advertising clients in the automotive, healthcare, home services, travel, entertainment, education, and retail verticals.  Services help target/re-target customers across the consumer digital footprint. 

I reported directly to the President, creating, implementing, and heading the AdTaxi Creative Services Division. With heavy client-facing responsibilities, I produced advertising creative, promotional materials and developing executive sales and marketing presentations, reviewing all client information and materials.  Managed layout, design, and copy writing, determining and monitoring staff production schedules.

A $191MM flagship newspaper of MediaNews Group, Inc.  As the major newspaper in Denver, The Post ranks 12th daily and 10th Sunday of the largest-circulation newspapers in the U.S.  The Post website receives 6MM monthly unique visitors, generating more than 13MM page views, according to global media analyst, comScore.

I reported to EVP, Sales and Advertising, managing an award-winning, full-service agency design and creative solutions team of 14 creative professionals. I was responsible for delivering marketing campaigns for the largest urban market between Los Angeles and Chicago and managed the creative workflow, marketing production process, and resource allocation initiatives of a busy ad agency.

At $4.7B in annual revenue, MediaNews Group was one of the largest newspaper conglomerates in the United States.  Operating 56 daily newspapers in 12 states, the company has a combined daily and Sunday circulation of approximately 2.4MM and 2.7MM, respectively.

I reported to Vice President, Marketing, responsible for executing creative and strategic messaging, separating the company from the competition and moving the brand forward.  I managed marketing strategy, delivered execution, and implemented communication for 2nd-largest news media corporation in the U.S.

A $70MM provider of Demand Flow Technology (DFT) training and demand-driven management software, a mathematically-based business lean manufacturing methodology designed for high-tech, medical devices, and industrial and consumer products, nominated for the Nobel Laureate Prize in Economics.  The company’s clientele includes GE, American Standard, Boeing, and John Deere.

I reported to Vice President of Sales and managed all aspects of creating, implementing, and measuring the success of strategic marketing plans, improving all brand marketing including advertising, publicity, sales support, research, and image control, driving core business.

University Design Faculty Instructor | Metropolitan State University of Denver  
September 1999 – June 2004. Denver CO.

A public university, offering 58 major and 82 minor courses of study.  The college is noted for a wide array of liberal arts and science programs, teacher education, business, aviation, and criminal justice programs.  Metro State employs 540 full time professors, serving 23,900+ students.

I reported to the Head of the Art Department as a full-time art faculty position, teaching visual communication, digital imaging, and graphic design for undergraduate art program.  I developed core curriculum for the BFA in digital imaging and graphic design track and won Instructor of the Semester Award from Academy of Teaching Excellence (Spring 2002).
